How does one write these things without it sounding like a personal ad? :-P Former Realtor turned photographer (specializing in real estate, but switching it up with family, seniors, newborns, events when the schedule allows) who realized in 2007 that my heart was not in actually "selling" the home, but in creating the visual representation of the home so someone else could sell it. When I first began taking photos for the other agents in my office, I found rather quickly that behind the camera is where I felt joy. I became more excited to photograph homes than I was to sell them, so at a time when the market was..let's just say not-so-good..it seemed like a no brainer. I'd follow this nagging start-a-business desire, put my license inactive and see where it takes me. 10+ years and many homes later, I'm thankful every day for the leap of faith it took to make that step and grateful to my clients who have been along with me on the journey.
